PRICES

• Price per night for up to 2 people 125 EUR (including 7% tax)
  
• Each additional person 10 EUR/night (including 7% tax)
  
• Infants up to 2 years are free
  
• Minimum stay 5 nights
  
• Longterm stay (from 28 nights): Price per night for up to 2 people 80 EUR (including 7% tax)
  
• plus final cleaning 100 EUR
  
• plus deposit
  
• including bed linen and towels
  

Deposit

The amount of the deposit is 100 EUR and is due with the remaining payment.
The deposit will be refunded immediately after the final cleaning has been free of defects, but no later than within 10 days by bank transfer.

Payment terms
A deposit of 30% of the total price is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
The remaining payment is due 30 days before arrival.
